Reset Tomorrow Enrollment Process

Parent/guardian must complete the intake packet in its entirety and submit.

Step 2: Schedule Assessment

Once the intake packet has been received, the Office Manager will contact the parent/guardian to schedule the child’s clinical assessment.

Step 3: Complete Clinical Assessment

A Clinical Clinician (Licensed Social Worker) will contact the parent/guardian via phone to complete the assessment in order to determine program eligibility.

Please Note: Assessment appointments typically last approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours.

Step 4: Enrollment Confirmation

Upon successful completion of the assessment process and approval for services, your child will officially become a participant of the Reset Tomorrow Program.

Step 5: QMHS Assignment & Welcome

Your child will then be assigned a Qualified Mental Health Specialist (QMHS), who will reach out to provide an initial welcome and discuss next steps within the program.
